Need to be said that nearly 70% of National Sports Council staffs are contract staffs, ISN in the other hand have 5% of their staffs as permanent employees.

I think what was meant in the report is the incidences of contracts staffs who were converted to 'pekerja sambilan' status even after 10-15 years as contract staffs. Their age would make it difficult to find new jobs by then...

Yo Brother, its nice that you will address the issue. As you're aware, the proposed reorganisation is taking ages, some of our seniors are about to retire in a couple of years time. Even the medical doctors have been promoted as DG's but our problem still remains.
Three hard questions needed answering:
1. How far will this post helps to address the problem?
2. Who can solve this problem?
3. When can this problem be solved?
The dreaded probable meaning of Staffs = Stick or "Kayu". They wanted us to be "kayu"s forever? Stoopid contract.
