BIOMECHANICS OFFICER (Match Analyst)

Responsibilities:

Develops and implements match (notational) analysis to Football and other ASPIRE sports
Carries out movement/match/video analysis for the ASPIRE teams/athletes
Assists in servicing and testing in Biomechanics, Physiology and Talent Identification
Assists in research projects
Undertake any additional duties requested by Head of Performance Enhancement and Talent Identification

Experience and Qualifications

Degree in Sports Science or related field
Experience in match analysis
Experience in movement analysis (e.g with Vicon, Kistler, SimiMotion, …)
Fluent in English


PHYSIOLOGIST

Responsibilities:

Carry out physiological diagnosis for all Sports of the Academy.
Give advice to the coaches in case of training strategies and performance enhancement for each individual athlete.
Assume the physiological part in the field of talent screening.
Assume the physiological part in teaching the Academy´s students.
Ensures the cooperation with the other Sports Department Sections/Units and the other Academy Departments.
Participates in the perspective recruitment of additional physiological staff.
Develops an ongoing strategy for the physiological section.
Ensures that he is constantly abreast of the latest international knowledge.
Submits periodic reports to the Head of Talent ID/Physiology.
Assumes all authorities outlined in the authorities schedules.
Undertakes any special studies and duties requested by the Head of Talent ID/Physiology.

Experience and Qualifications

Diploma in Sports Science – main topic physiology in sports – and/or diploma in physiology.
International publications.
Coaches Licence(s)
6 years in high performance sports
In the field of youth performance sports.
In team sports and individual sports.
Practical experiences in topics like: spiroergometry, lactate measuring, creatinekinase measuring, urea measuring, blood analysis, hormone analysis.
Teaching experiences.
Coaches experiences in high performance youth sports
Fluent in English, Arabic is a plus.
